BoCo Volleyball Club Fee Schedule

Club fees have been updated for the 2023/2024 Season!

  • Fees are determined based on age classification and division, with national traveling teams incurring higher expenses.

Included in fees:

  • Coaching fees (including tournament stipends)
  • Practice facility rentals
  • All tournament entry fees
  • Strength & conditioning training
  • Administration costs

*Below you will find monthly and total costs.  We have divided the payments among 8 months to allow for minimal monthly payments.

 

14U-18U BLUE  Teams  are National Travel Teams, which participate in the following tournaments:

  • 4-5 local Power tournaments (depending on travel schedule)
  • RMR Classic and/or Showdown (depending on travel schedule)
  • Regional or National Bid Tournament
  • 2-3 out-of-state tournaments (1 USAV and 1-2 AAU)
    • Only tournament entry fees are covered by BoCo.  All travel expenses (hotel, flight and food) are NOT included in your club fees.
  • Please note, the tournament schedule is subject to change due to travel or qualification into tournaments.  ZBT, National Bid Tournament and National Championships are all Invite Only.  
  • If a team makes National Championships, teams are subject to additional fees.

 

14U-16U NAVY  Teams  are National Travel Teams, which participate in the following tournaments:

  • 4-5 local Power tournaments (depending on travel schedule)
  • RMR Classic and/or Showdown (depending on travel schedule)
  • Regional or National Bid Tournament
  • 1-2 out-of-state tournaments (1 USAV and/or 1 AAU)
    • Number of tournaments will depend on skill level of the Navy team. 
    • Only tournament entry fees are covered by BoCo.  All travel expenses (hotel, flight and food) are NOT included in your club fees.

13U, 14U & 15U RED & GOLD Teams are Regional Teams, which participate in the following tournaments:

  • 5 local Power tournaments

16U RED Teams is a Regional Teams, which participate in the following tournaments:

  • 5 local Power tournaments
  • RMR Classic and/or Showdown
  • Plus 2 extra local tournaments such as the Friendship and one other
  • Please note, the tournament schedule is subject to change.

 

12U RED & GOLD Team is a Regional Team, which participate in the following tournaments:

  • 5 local power tournaments
  • Please note, the tournament schedule is subject to change.

Tournaments can be added or canceled at any time throughout the season. 

Tournament Schedule will be released no later than November 1st each season!**

**Please note an additional uniform fee is NOT included in the monthly club fees.  $175 uniform fee for Red and Gold Teams or a $225 for Blue and Navy Teams will need to be paid with player deposit or is due by August 1, 2023.** 

Uniform fee includes the following items: 

  • 1 Uniform Top (Red & Gold Teams ONLY)
  • 1 Spandex (Red & Gold Teams ONLY)
  • 2 Uniform Tops (Blue & Navy Teams ONLY)
